1. The service

SalGenie provides AI Try-On for Shopify, including personalized product previews, email and phone number lead capture, Try-On activity and engagement tracking, and app management from Shopify Admin. A generated Try-On is an illustration, not a promise of exact sizing, fit, texture, or color.

2. Store and content responsibilities

Merchants are responsible for the products, images, claims, and offers on their storefront and for having permission to use any content supplied to the service. Keep Shopify account access secure. Shoppers should use their own photo or have the depicted person’s permission.

Do not use the service to create unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or infringing content, bypass access controls, or disrupt other stores.

3. Plans and billing

Guest costs $0 per month plus $0.077 per credit. Volume costs $16.99 per month plus $0.045 per credit. One credit equals one try-on. Charges are in USD, with recurring and usage charges billed every 30 days. Review and approve the applicable billing terms in Shopify.

The website’s calculator provides a rounded estimate, not an invoice or a subscription. Questions about a charge, cancellation, a failed generation, or a refund should be raised through app support. Any rights provided by applicable law remain unaffected.

4. Privacy and lead information

The privacy policy explains the handling of information. Images used for AI Try-On are automatically deleted after 7 days.

Merchants must explain their use of lead collection and handle any email address or phone number they receive in accordance with their own privacy policy and applicable requirements.

5. Shopify and third-party platforms

SalGenie is designed for Shopify stores and is managed from Shopify Admin. Shopify and any other third-party services involved in operating a store have their own terms and may change independently of SalGenie.

6. Changes and support

Features and these terms may be updated. The date above identifies this version. If a feature is not working as expected, provide the store URL and a description through 24/7 support. Do not include shopper photos in your request.

You can manage the installed app and its billing through Shopify. Uninstalling the app does not, by itself, settle charges already incurred.
